Upon request and since there are zero links to any 742 client/cache, I have decided to release the pair of the 742 deobfuscated client along with it's corresponding cache that I had used previously.
Not responsible for the terrible naming the client has (has been modified by many users before).
Note though, I did package the client into a com.jagex package along with some refactoring such as the ClientProt, ServerProt, etc..
