Releasing this because got bored of 667's and decided to switch it up with 317s
Anyhow this is a pretty good start to a solid economy server (havnt touched pvp aspect yet).
I was working on this for pretty long and i learnt so much. This is great for starters to the whole private servers and veterans ofcoarse.
I hope somebody uses this and makes it to something unique, good luck if anybody has any questions you can pm me or post down below and ill help you to the best of my ability

  Things i did

Spoiler for Click:

-Server messages every 2 min (make more messages and less often)
-Bork added with full drops, do ;;bork
-667 Cache fixed, had no wilderness ditch and was missing objects
-Added item bonuses .bat file, and changed some bonuses around
-Added npc drops editor
-Added a new ;;home area
-Food Shop made
-Magic Shop made
-Quest tab got a custom interface with buttons
-Armour Shop made
-All nulled Npc's hp fixed (was 1hp, now all accurate)
-Added some staff items (773 ID)
-Bank tabs work, needs a couple of fixes
-Added ;;fly and ;;land command for staff
-;;Checkip Added, not tested
-Familiar damage now counts towards the kill
-Fixed death bug, where you were stuck at 0 hp
-Added Corpeal beast at ;;corp
-Added useful commands, ;;tav , ;;barrows,
-Added starter, only 2 starters per ip
-Made the server yell when a player achieved a level 99 in a stat

-combat xp rate changed, still gotta do skilling

-added 2.5k-5k rewards on ALL skills
-added object spawning at home, (4 altars) and all work with gfx
-added new background picture
-added caskets, that give random clue scroll items
-magic teleports always show on, instead of off. so its easier to see
-added new teleport interface (credits to alon)
-added thieving stalls to ;;home
-removed annoying flashing icon on level up
-added full gracors with 3 minions
-added older style tabs
-added the new teleport more style
-added lots of new teleports
-yaks are now the main training place
-Added lots of useful skilling objects at neitzenot (skilling island)
-fixed 1 exploit in cache
-fixed sapphire gem when crafting
-added safe clan wars
-skill cape shop added
-all npcs put in their proper spots in RS
-Added all mining rocks to skilling island
-added all trees to skilling island
-played around with xp rates, i think i got them good at x70
-summoning added, use charms with obelisk at skilling teleport.
-Beast of budon fixed
-crystal chest at home
-added random crystal keys drops on all npcs
-added random charm drops on all npcs
-added random clue drops on all npcs
-random casket drops, plus food and pots
-Summoning drain removed
-small obelisks refresh your skills including summoning
-added elf camp teleport with npc mobs that drop good loots
-ice queens added to teleports that also drop good loots
-GOD WARS finally added, and NPC vs NPC combat!!!
-made all rocks and trees, never run and you just keep gathering till full invy
-added max to home, that yells random messages
-added ;;reqs for comp cape
-lots of requiremnts for normal cape and trimmed (still add req to equip) and obtain]
-added general store
-added range store
-thessalia store added
-more requirements for comp cape (t)
-added a tracker that tracks your progress for comp cape, says completed when the req is no longer needed
-when a player completes a achievement, it yells it globaly so others can see
-now joins 'help' clanchat when you start your account
-added agility tickets on every lap you do
