OSRS Fastest Herblore Exp 1-99

The Herblore skill centres around the creation of potions in OSRS. The Druidic Ritual quest must be complete in order to make potions. Potions are made, usually with a herb and a secondary ingredient, such as Red Spiders’ eggs or Potato Cactus.

Making Potions to 99

Making potions is by far the fastest way to train the Herblore skill in OSRS. With experience rates up to 450k an hour with the most efficient strategies.

Attack Potions: level 3 – 38

Attack potions grant up to 60,000 experience per hour. To make each potion players will need a Guam potion (unf) and Eye of Newt. Each finished potion provides 25 Herblore exp.

Prayer Potions: level 38 – 63

Prayer potions grant up to 210,000 experience per hour. To make each potion players will require a Ranarr potion (unf) and Snape Grass. Each finished potion provides 87.5 exp.

Super Restores: level 63 – 81

Super Restore Potions grant up to 350,000 experience per hour in Herblore. Each finished potion provides 142.5 exp. To make each potion players will require Snapdragon potion (unf) and Red Spiders’ Eggs.

Saradomin Brew: level 81 – 99

Saradomin Brews provide up to 450,000 experience per hour. The Fastest Herblore experience rates in OSRS currently without tick manipulation. A Toadflax potion (unf) and Crushed nest is required to make the finished potion, granting 180 exp.

Alternative Potions to make to 99 Herb

Some players chose to not follow the fastest methods to 99. Usually for cheaper methods, some of which can be found below.

Super Combat Potions: level 90 – 99

Making super combat potions requires all 3 of its counter-part potions; Super Attack(4), Super Strength(4) and Super Defence(4). This in combination with a Torstol will grant users 150 exp.

This method is used as it is normally far cheaper than Saradomin Brews. But, still offers competitive exp rates of 325,000 per hour.

Making Tar

Making tar is a very afforable method that requires a far lower intensity of training. With far fewer clicks required, and longer time spent between banking actions.

However, experience rates take a hit due to this, which can be seen in the table below.

OSRS 1-99 Construction Guide

OSRS 1-99 Construction Guide

Construction in OSRS

This is a complete guide to help you achieve level 99 construction as quickly and efficiently as possible in old school runescape

Chairs: level 1 – 33

Starting off you will want to build chairs in the Parlour room of your player-owned house.

Build crude wooden chairs till level 8, with 28 planks and steel nails required. Then make wooden chairs until level 19, with 138 planks and steel nails. Oak chairs until 26 will then require 146 oak planks and finally oak armchairs until 33 which will require 306 oak planks.

Oak Larders: level 33 – 52

Each oak larder will require 0 oak planks to build and each will provide the player with 480 experience each.

Players can gain up to 480k experience per hour making it super fast to train. 1,760 planks will be needed to reach level 52 construction in osrs.

Mahogany Tables: level 52 – 99

Building mahogany tables in the Dining room becomes the fastest viable training method to 99 at level 52. Each table uses 6 planks and grants 840 experience.

Players can expect to gain around 900k experience per hour in construction with this method making it one of the fastest skills to train to 99 in the game. But also one of the most expensive with costs totalling over 150m gp.

Alternative methods

There are some alternative, slightly slower construction training methods you can try.

Oak dungeon doors: level 74 – 99

Located in the dungeon players can build oak dungeon doors for a cheaper alternative to mahogany tables. Experience rates are slightly slower at around 600k per hour, but players benefit from a save in supply cost.

Mahogany Homes: level 1 – 99

Mahogany homes is a relatively new minigame that offers slow experience rates but is also far cheaper and less click-intensive to traditional construction methods.

The minigame sends players around Falador, Hosidius, Varrock and East Ardougne to repair furniture in different buildings. Therefore easy access to multiple teleports to and around the city is highly recommended.

OSRS 1-99 Agility Guide

OSRS 1-99 Agility Guide

Agility in OSRS

Agility is an important skill to level up for any strong runescape account. It is particularly important for low level ironmen as a way to get stamina pots for questing as early as possible. Additionally, run energy will last for longer at higher levels and shortcuts can be unlocked around the osrs map. It is also important in the tightrope room at cox or for access to kill the Sara boss.

Early Levels: Passive Experience

In terms of efficiency you can skip many of the low levels of Agility without ever having to train the skill directly, it is possible to reach up to 74 Agility while questing or training other skills.

Questing: Levels 1 – 33

Completing Recruitment Drive, The Depths of Despair, The Grand Tree and The Tourist Trap will reward you with a total of 19,700 agility experience. Boosting you to level 33, all of these quests have relatively low requirements.

Barbarian Fishing: Levels 33 – 74

When training the fishing skill with Barbarian Fishing, players will receive a small amount of passive agility and strength experience.

If a player was to go all the way from 58 to 99 fishing using this method they would also reach 74 agility with the passive experience it provides. Making this a very efficient way to train both at once.

Fastest OSRS Agility Methods

Below is a list of the best agility courses by level. However, it is recommended to use summer pies or agility potions to boost your agility level and unlock higher-level courses earlier.

Gnome Stronghold Agility Course: Levels 1 – 10

86.5 experience is granted per lap and you can achieve experience rates of around 8,000 per hour from levels 1 – 10 at the Gnome Stronghold Agility Course.

Draynor Village Rooftop Course: Levels 10 – 20

The Draynor Rooftop course offers 9,000 exp per hour and also has the added benefit of being the first course to provide marks of grace. These can be exchanged for rewards including the graceful set.

Al Kharid Rooftop Course: Levels 20 – 25

The Al Kharid Rooftop course offers around 9.5k exp per hour when using stamina potions to maintain your run energy.

Werewolf Skullball: Levels 25-48

To use this method players must have completed Creature of Fenkenstrain and wear the ring of charos to access this area. Exp rates are around 18k per hour with each game taking 2 minutes 30 seconds.

For those who wish to continue with rooftop’s, Varrock course can be used from level 30 but will offer a lower experience rate of around 13.2k per hour.

Canifis Rooftop Course: 40/48 – 52

At higher levels Canifis can offer similar experience to the Werewolf course of around 18k per hour, however, Canifis also offers marks of grace. It is also less click intensive.

Hallowed Sepulchre: Levels 52 – 99

The Hallowed Sepulchre provides the fastest experience rates in the game for Agility. The method is very intense and requires concentration and timing through-out. However, many players believe it to be much more enjoyable and interactive than traditional training methods.

To access the Sepulchre players must have completed Sins of the Father. Experience rates are shown below.

Hallowed Sepulchre Experience Rates

OSRS 1-99 Thieving Guide

OSRS 1-99 Thieving Guide

Thieving in OSRS

This OSRS guide will look over the Thieving skill in Oldschool Runescape. Showing you the fastest and most efficient ways to train the skill. In addition to numerous alternative thieving training methods to try. Overall this is a fast and relatively easy skill to train.

Useful Info and Items for Thieving Training

Thieving has a variety of uses in OSRS, which is why you will want to train it to a high level. One place it is particularly useful to players is in our raids 1 guide. Where if you have a thieving level above 95 it is advantageous, allowing you to complete the thieving room faster.

There are a few things you can do to make your Thieving training go a little smoother. For example, hiding NPC attack options will turn pickpocket into a left click option.

Rogue Outfit

The Rogue’s outfit is made up of the Rogue Boots, Gloves, Trousers, Top and Mask. Each piece can be found by looting the wall safe at the end of the Rogue’s Den minigame. The minigame is accessible from 50 thieving.

The equipment is useful as it gives double loot while pickpocketing NPCs around the game.

Dodgy Necklace

This necklace provides a 25% chance to not be stunned and damaged when caught trying to pickpocket an NPC. The necklace has 10 charges. This makes it very useful for increasing experience rates when pickpocketing, as there is less in-active time waiting for the stun to be removed.

Ardougne Hard Diary

Upon completion of the Ardougne hard diary, pickpocket success will be increased by 10% anywhere in Gielinor. The medium diary offers the same increase but is exclusive to the Ardougne area.

Gloves of Silence

Pickpocketing NPCs with the Gloves of silence equiped will increase success rates by 5%. However, this is not stackable with the Ardougne Diary and having completed the relevant tiers will make the gloves obsolete.

Fastest Thieving Exp Methods

Follow the proposed methods below if you want to achieve 99 Thieving in the quickest and most efficient manner possible.

Levels 1 – 37: Questing

In order to skip the tedious low level thieving methods, you can simply complete quests that grant thieving experience. You should start by completing Biohazard, Tribal Totem, Tower of Life, Fight Arena and Hazeel Cult, these quests will grant a total of 7,200 experience and take you to level 24.

Continuing to complete more quests such as; Creature of Fenkenstrain, Death of the Dorgeshuun, The Golem, The Giant Dwarf, The Queen of Thieves and the Feud will grant 22,500 thieving exp. Taking you to level 37 from quest rewards alone.

Levels 25/37 – 45: Fruit Stalls

Stealing from the Fruit Stalls in Hosidious offers the fastest experience from 37 to 45. However, if you do not wish to complete all of the available quests you can start here at as early as 25 thieving. You will however, be required to have at least 15% favour in Hosidius.

Experience rates go as high as 43k per hour if stealing from the double stall spot in Hosidius. Banking the fruit is not recommended as it significantly reduces experience per hour.

Levels 45 – 99: Blackjacking

Blackjacking various different NPCs in Pollniveach offers the fastest thieving experience from 45 to 99. For access to this method you must have partially completed the Feud quest and have a blackjack of any kind.

The method for blackjacking is simple. Lure the bandit into a quiet corner, then knock him out and pickpocket twice while they are unconscious.

  • From levels 45 to 55, you will be blackjacking the Bearded Pollnivnian Bandits.
  • From levels 55 to 65, you will be blackjacking the Pollnivnian Bandits.
  • From levels 65 to 99, you will be blackjacking the Menaphite Thugs.

Alternative Thieving Experience Methods

For those looking for different ways of training the thieving skill, OSRS still has plenty to offer. Whether you be interested in methods with a little more passive profit, more stimulating or less click-intensive.

Levels 55 – 99: Ardougne Knights

Pickpocketing Ardougne Knights is a popular choice in OSRS as it is very easy to do and is slightly more profitable than blackjacking. From levels 55 to 99 players will gain around 7.5m gp or double that at 15m if wearing full rogue’s outfit.

The method is noticeably more popular and effective at higher thieving levels, when the pickpocketing chance is more likely. Particularly from 95 onwards when players stop failing to pickpocket with the medium diary complete.

OSRS 1-99 Firemaking Guide

OSRS 1-99 Firemaking Guide

Firemaking in OSRS

Firemaking is one of the fastest skills to train in 2007 runescape, this is partially due to its buyable nature. While the skill does not offer a huge amount of practical uses, fire’s as an essential part of oldschool, whether it be to cook food or free the Ice Demon as seen in our CoX Guide.

As with all of our skilling guides, this one will show you the fastest route to 99 Firemaking, in addition to some popular alternatives.

Fastest Firemaking Exp in OSRS

Levels 1-30: Creating Pyre Logs

This is not normally a traditional method players will use. However, it does grant the fastest experience rates until level 30. Shades of Mort’ton must also be complete to make use of sacred oil which is required for the method.

Adding the oil to the logs does not require any in-game time, so the experience rates are tied purely to click speed. Typical speeds result in around 45k firemaking exp per hour. While those who can maintain the fastest sustainable click speed can gain rates of around 65k per hour.

Levels 30-99: Burning Logs

From level 30 to 99, the fastest Firemaking experience rates will come from burning the highest possible tier log available to you. On average players can burn around 1485 logs per hour. The relevant experience rates are shown for each log in the table below.

Firemaking Exp Rates

Wintertodt: Level 50+ Alternative

For players looking for something different to burning logs, the Wintertodt minigame provides a strong alternative. With slightly lower firemaking exp rates. However, Wintertodt does provide some other benefits including; profitable loot, chance at a pet and woodcutting experience.

You will need to make use of the official wintertodt worlds (307, 309, 311 and 389) for the fastest exp, as you will gain additional exp at the end of each round, so it is good to get as many kills as possible.

OSRS 1-99 Fletching Guide

OSRS 1-99 Fletching Guide

Fletching in OSRS

Fletching is a super fast skill to train in Olschool Runescape. Arguably the fastest because it can be trained from level 1 to 99 with zero time invested, when trained efficiently. This OSRS guide will show you exactly how it can be done. As well as providing you with some other alternatives.

Early Fletching Levels

From level 1 it is worthwhile to look at Quest Rewards as a way of skipping early levels. As you will likely need to complete these quests for your account at some point anyway. Animal Magnetism, Big Chompy Bird Hunting and Zogre Flesh Eaters all have very low requirements and are fast to complete. These will grant you a total of 3,262 fletching experience, getting you to level 18. To reach level 30 players can also complete Temple of Ikov and The Fremennik Trials.

Fletching Experience from Quest Rewards

Fletching with Zero Time Invested

There are types of fletching which can be done without interrupting player movement, or needing regular interactions with banks.

This makes these methods perfect for being used while doing other activities. Players often pair efficient fletching training with activities such as; Questing, training Agility, Hunter and/or Slayer, during farm runs and while playing Wintertodt between kills.

Darts: Levels 10-99

Darts is by far the easiest and most popular zero time training for fletching. The simplicity it offers, with only 2 clicks being required to fletch a set of 10 darts. Allows the player to do this fairly easily while training other skills.

It is recommended to buy the dart tips in bulk, well ahead of time. As Grand Exchange buy limits can often limit your experience rates.

Alternative Fletching Experience Methods

Understandably not everyone can afford the money that is required for buyable methods such as Darts. Below are some alternative fletching methods.

Fletching Bows: Levels 5-99

Creating bows is a very slow method of training fletching. However, the method benefits from a very low amount of effort, players can effectively be AFK for long periods of the process. Around 1700 bows can be fletched per hour and 2450 bows can be strung per hour.

OSRS 1-99 Cooking Guide

OSRS 1-99 Cooking Guide

Cooking in OSRS

Cooking is another one of OSRS‘s fastest and easiest skills to train. Due to this it has become one of Oldschool’s most popular 99s, and many people set it as a goal to be their first 99. This guide will focus on the fastest most efficient methods, but also provide some alternatives in terms of afking and profit.

Fastest OSRS Cooking Experience

Below you can see the fastest way to get 99 cooking in OSRS.

Levels 1-30: Poison Karambwan

1-tick cooking raw Karambwan into poison Karambwan is the fastest experience from levels 1 to 30.

To 1-tick cook them, simply hold down “1” and use the raw karambwan’s on a range or fire. 168 poison Karambwans are required to reach level 30, this method must be used with the tick manipulation techniques in order to be the fastest, otherwise cooking fish will provide a better alternative.

Level 30-99: Cooked Karambwan

The fastest cooking experience in OSRS is 1-tick cooking Karambwans.

At maximum efficiency around 5k Karambwans can be cooked for close to 1 million experience per hour. This assumes you are using instant banking at Mor Ui Rek or the Myths Guild. Without using tick manipulation the experience rates are around 4 times slower at 285,000 experience per hour.

1-tick Karambwan Cooking

Alternative Cooking Methods in OSRS

Not everyone wants to use tick manipulation techniques for skilling. Understandably as it is very click intense and requires constant attention to the screen. Below is a list of strong alternative training methods.

Level 1-99: Cooking Fish

For those not looking for the fastest experience rates, and might not be interested in the click intensity that tick manipulation techniques create, cooking fish provides a solid alternative.

Experience is not gained when burning fish. Therefore, to get the best possible rates it is recommended to complete the Family Crest quest and use cooking gauntlets. When worn they reduce the burn rate for higher tier fish such as; Angerfish, Monkfish, Swordfish, Shark and Lobsters.

Additionally, having 100% favour in Hosidius is beneficial. As using the range in Hosidius Kitchen provides a 5% increased chance of successfully cooking food over their range. In the Hosidius Kitchen players can cook up to around 1365 fish per hour. The experience rates for fish are shown below.

OSRS Cooking Exp Rates (Per Hour)

Level 35/68-99: Jugs of Wine

This is a buyable method of training cooking and will cost you money. However, it offers relatively fast experience, the fastest exp per hour without tick manipulation. Players can expect experience rates of around 470,000 to 490,000 per hour.

Jugs of Wine can be produced by adding grapes to jugs of water to make unfermented wines. After 12 seconds they will ferment into wines and grant you the relevant amount of experience. However, the 12-second timer resets each time a new jug of unfermented wine is made, whether it is in the bank or not. Meaning you can ferment large amounts of wine in the bank at once, resulting in a huge amount of experience being granted at one time.

At level 68 onwards players will no longer have a chance to make a jug of bad wine. This is the equivalent to burning food, if you make a bad jug, no experience is granted.

Cooking Locations in OSRS

Cooking a full inventory of fish takes 67.2 seconds, without tick manipulation. This is a constant fix number, so banking time is the only other thing to consider when trying to increase experience rates. Below is a list of good OSRS cooking locations.

Myths’ Guild

Requires completion of Dragon Slayer II to enter. Instant banking when cooking as the stove and bank are 0 tiles distance from each other. Also beneficial as you are using a stove so there is lower chance of burning as opposed to a fire.

Mor Ul Rek

Requires a fire cape to enter the area. There is a sulphur vent located directly opposite a bank chest, allowing for instant banking too. However, only fish or meat may be cooked here.

Rouges’ Den

Easy to access via a games necklace teleport to Burnthorpe, then go below the Pub’s cellar. The only other place with access to instant banking. However, it only has a fire so does not have the same benefits the range in Myths’ Guild provides.

Hosidius Kitchen

Requires 100% Hosidius favour to use. Is 6 tiles travel distance to the closest bank. However, there is benefits from a 5% reduced chance to burn your food. This can scale to 10% with completion of elite Kourend & Kebos Diary.

Wintertodt Camp

Super easy to access and only 8 tiles from the nearest bank there is an everlasting fire.

Lumbridge Castle

Good for early-game training as it is probably the most accessible range in OSRS. Reduced burn rates is beneficial, however there is a 22 tile travel distance to the nearest bank. Making it bad for training at higher levels when access to better locations become available.

OSRS 1-99 Mining Guide

OSRS 1-99 Mining Guide

Mining in OSRS

This Oldschool Runescape Guide, shows you everything you need to know for maximising your efficiency when it comes to training the Mining skill. Firstly, we’ll look over the fastest methods to 99 and then provide some good alternatives for those who prefer a slower route to 99.

Fastest Mining Experience

Below is our recommended method to train Mining. As it is most efficient to train the skill as quickly as possible, to allow you to spend the time you save on other skills or strong money makers such as high-level PVM. High mining is also useful for high-level PVM such as the Chambers of Xeric.

Questing: Levels 1-37

Early game mining can be skipped easily with quests. Complete the following quests to gain 27,525 Mining experience:

  • Another Slice of H.A.M
  • Doric’s Quest
  • Plague City
  • The Dig Site
  • The Giant Dwarf
  • The Lost Tribe

Iron Ore: Levels 15-45/70

From levels 15 to 45, mining iron ore provides the fastest experience. With tick manipulation methods, granite becomes faster from levels 45. However, if you are not interested in using tick manipulation then it is recommended to mine iron until level 70 mining.

At level 60, the mining guild becomes available, which is the best location for mining iron in OSRS. As the respawn timer for ore in the guild is halved. Meaning players do not need to use tick manipulation or wait on rocks to respawn if done correctly.

Experience rates are around 45k-55k per hour below 60. Rising to 70k-80k per hour at the Mining Guild.

Granite: Levels 45-99

At the Quarry in the Desert, players can find Granite rocks. This offers the fastest mining experience rates in OSRS. However, the method is very intense, requiring 3-tick manipulation in order to achieve the best experience rates.

3t granite osrs

The best way to travel to the Quarry is using the Camulet teleport to Enkhra’s Temple, exit the Temple and run a little south-west. Upon completion of the Desert hard diary, players can teleport directly to the entrance.

A crystal pickaxe is not recommended at the Quarry, as it does not bring any benefit due to the use of tick manipulation tactics. Infernal Pickaxe however, can be useful, as it will reduce the amount of ore that must be dropped. Additionally, wearing Varrock armour 2 while training can provide a small boost to experience rates, due to the 10% chance to mine double ores at once.

Experience rates with good click performance are as follows. From level 45; around 60,000 – 70,000 experience per hour. From level 70; 85,000 – 95,000 mining exp per hour. From level 85 around 105,000 – 115,000 exp per hour. Finally at level 99, players can expect up to 130,000 experience per hour.

Alternative Mining Methods in OSRS

Below is a list of strong alternative training methods for the Mining skill. If you’re interested in lower-intensity, more AFK methods for the skill, or if you’re interested in making some profit while training.

Motherlode Mine: Levels 30-99

Motherlode Mine offers slow experience rates. However, you benefit from a very low-intense training method that can also provide some profit through-out. Experience rates are around 30k per hour at level 70. Increasing to 42k at level 85 and 53k at level 99.

The fastest way to reach the mine is by using the skills necklace to teleport to the Mining Guild. Then running a very short distance to the entrance.

It is recommended to save your golden nuggets to unlock the Prospector kit which adds 2.5% additional mining experience. You will also want to pay the 100 nugget fee upon reaching level 72 to unlock the upper level of the mine, which benefits from more concentrated ore veins. With a closer trip to the ore cart and bank.

Volcanic Mine: Levels 70-99

The Volcanic Mine is a minigame in OSRS, located on Fossil Island. It offers some of the best experience for mining when not using tick manipulation methods. This also comes at relatively low effort, however, you require a team, so using the official world is recommended.

The requirements are also relatively high in contrast to other methods. 70 Mining, the completion of Bone Voyage quest, 150 Kudos and you must have helped Peter fully build the Museum Camp.

Volcanic Mine Experience Rates

Blast Mine: Levels 75-99

Another minigame, the Blast Mine offers good experience rates, along with some profit and does not require tick manipulation. However, it is not recommended to start here before level 75, as this is when you are able to obtain runite from the blast mine.

Wear as much weight-reducing equipment as possible and bring a number of stamina potions to restore run. To complete the minigame you will also need dynamites, a chisel and a tinderbox.

Experience rates scale based on your mining level. Expect 55,000 experience per hour at level 75. Around 65,000 mining exp at level 90 and 75,000+ exp per hour at level 99.

OSRS 1-99 Fishing Guide

OSRS 1-99 Fishing Guide

Fishing in OSRS

Fishing can be both AFK and click intensive with the options available to players. For this Oldschool RS guide, we’ll be taking you through the fastest and most efficient ways to train the skill to 99. In Addition to a range of alternative methods that may suit you better.

Fastest Fishing Experience

Levels 1-33: Questing

Quest rewards is the most efficient way to skip early fishing levels in osrs. Completing Fishing Contest, Sea Slug and the Pirate Pete sub-quest from Recipe for Disaster will reward you with 10,612 fishing experience. All of which can be done at a very low level with minimal requirements, taking you to level 27.

Players can then chose to complete Tai Bwo Wannai Trio and The Fremennik Trials. These have slightly higher requirements but still provide a good and efficient option for reaching level 33 upon their completion.

Levels 33-58: Fly Fishing

Fly fishing for trout and salmon provides the fastest fishing experience up until level 58. Requiring a fly fishing rod and feathers to catch the fish.

In order to actually achieve the highest amount of hourly experience, players will also need to make use of tick manipulation tactics. The method is on a 3-tick cycle, therefore, you will also need a herb and tar or knife and teak/mahogany logs. The method is simple: catch fish, start 3-tick cycle, drop fish and click fishing spot.

It is never worth it to bank the fish, they are extremely low value and significantly slow down experience rates. With tick manipulation experience rates can reach up to 65,000 per hour at level 58, so the levels should go relatively fast. You can see a larger break down of exp rates in the table above.

Level 58-99: Barbarian Fishing

3-tick Barbarian Fishing is the fastest fishing method from level 58. Players must complete a portion of Barbarian Training to use this method. Whilst also having 30 Agility/Strength to catch leaping salmon, and 45 Agility/Strength to catch leaping sturgeon.

The method also provides a very small amount of additional strength and agility experience. Making it efficient to train fishing to 99 on low level beginner accounts. However, for those who do not care about the agility/strength exp, you are advised to switch to 2-tick tune and swordfish at level 71.

Again, in order to achieve the best experience rates players will need to make use of 3-tick fishing techniques. Below you can find a chart of the experience rates per hour.

Barbarian Fishing Experience Rates

Levels 71-99: 2-tick Tuna & Swordfish

2-tick harpoon fishing for Tuna and Swordfish offers the fastest fishing experience in OSRS. Players can expect rates of up to 135,000 per hour at level 99 using a crystal harpoon. While starting experience is around 87,000 per hour at level 71, progressing to 115,000 at level 85.

To make this method worthwhile, tick manipulation must be used. The method is a little more complex, but once it is setup it is very easy to proceed.

First you must go to the north-western part of Piscarilius, west of the ban. You must then be attacked by two rats, and they must be attacking you two ticks apart from each other. Once this is setup you just need to click on the fishing spot every time a hitsplat appears on your character.

Alternative OSRS fishing methods

Levels 35-99: Tempoross

If you’re not interested in tick manipulation methods then Tempoross has the fastest experience in the game without using tick manipulation.

The higher quality harpoon will result in increased experience rates. Also, not cooking harpoonfish during the minigame will result in the fastest experience rates. However, you will in turn get a lower amount of points/loot.

Tempoross Exp Rates per Hour

Levels 65-99: Karambwan

Low effort is generally one of the biggest factors when it comes to deciding to fish Karambwans. With experience rates at around only 30,000 fishing exp per hour. The completion of Tai Bwo Wannai Trio is also required to fishing Karambwans.

To fish Karambwans you will need a Karambwan Vessel and raw Karambwanji. The raw Karambwanji can be caught near the fairy ring C-K-R, using a small fishing net. Alternatively, you can buy them for 10gp each from Tiadeche, he stocks 50 per world.

The karambwan fishing spots are located by the fairy ring, D-K-P. Making it very easy to travel to and from the bank if the player has quick access to fairy rings, either through the Player-owned house or a quest point cape teleport. Having completed the Lumbridge diary in full will be advantageous as it allows you to equip a dragon harpoon instead of a Dramen Staff.

The fishing Barrel, a reward from Tempoross is also advantagous here, as it allows the player to catch double the amount of fish in a single trip, essentially doubling the time spent “AFK”.

Levels 82-99: Minnows

Minnows provide relatively low hourly fishing experience. However, they can provide some decent afk profit, as Minnows are exchanged for noted raw sharks. This also makes it a good alternative for Ironmen in need of a food source.

The full anglers outfit is required for access to the Minnow’s fishing platform. Rada’s Blessing is also recommended as it increases minnows by 2% for each tier of diary completed.

OSRS 1-99 Hunter Guide

OSRS Fastest Hunter Exp 1-99

Hunter is a relatively fast and potentially lucrative skill to train in oldschool runescape. This guide will look at the most efficient ways to level the skill to 99.

Level 1-9 Hunter: Natural History Quiz
